We produced one lifestyle + amenities video for each of the three properties, plus one overall video for Dusit Davao.

Secondary to video production, we also produced stock assets that the Dusit Davao team could use for evergreen marketing.

One of the biggest production challenges was to find a pool of talent within Davao. Our team is based in Zambales and Manila, and we only had two to three weeks to find our Davao-based models and HMUA team. No VTRs or go-sees — just a purely virtual casting call. This was done successfully, and we’re grateful to all involved.
For this project, we created a stock photo and video library, as well as campaign videos for three Dusit properties in Davao: Dusit Thani Residences, DusitD2, and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort. Over a three-day shoot in two locations, we aimed to hit two birds with one stone: lifestyle content and amenity showcase.

Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort
From Davao City or the coast of Mabini in Davao de Oro, you take a catamaran to Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort (photos above). And though you’re on an island, you won’t feel cut off at all: there are multiple dining options, outdoor activities, and occasional events. You get can around via golf cart, watch sunrises and sunsets, socialize or relax. Our team wanted to capture the diversity of the Lubi island experience.

A Tropical Wedding Destination
With a Catholic church, event spaces, and multiple restaurants, Lubi is an ideal island wedding destination. While we weren’t able to shoot a mock wedding, we implied this with a proposal scene using one of their romantic dinner amenities. We also captured the Lubi fire dancers — and while we’re happy with the photos and videos, the fire dance is really something you have to see for yourself.

Benjarong is Dusit Thani’s signature authentic Thai dining experience. As of this writing, Benjarong Davao is one of only ten Benjarong restaurants across the world. In Davao, Benjarong boasts signature Thai favorites plus a rich relection of beers, fine wines, and artisanal cocktails by its resident mixologist.
