2024 | COMPREHENSIVE MARKETING & PRODUCTION

Kaibo Audio

  • We produced Kaibo Flow’s Kickstarter video which was part product demo, part mood piece, built to energize backers and spotlight the tech’s everyday versatility.

We also shot Kaibo product photos in action. By showcasing the products outdoors in real life, we aimed to capture the freedom and ease of listening while staying connected to the world.

  • We designed Kaibo’s engaging, friendly, but sleek mobile-first site. Our goal was to achieve clear product storytelling and a smooth customer journey.

While Kaibo’s companion app wasn’t meant to go live yet during our project, we also designed a few clean, intuitive screens to help visualize its future features.

  • While the Kaibo team deserves 100% credit for coming up with how to deliver BCT tech to users, we helped them do that in an on-brand way — by brainstorming, mocking up, and locking in product colorways. A palette that’s not only on-brand, but welcoming for everyday use too.

  • We designed Kaibo Flow’s retail box to stand out on shelves. Gift-worthy, tech-worthy, easily legible, and punchy.

  • We created hyper-realistic 3D renders and videos of Kaibo Flow, Core, and Core Comm.

  • We helped shape Kaibo’s voice and messaging for their US expansion, from web copy to pitch decks, topped off with a simple, human-centered slogan: Listen while life happens.

Kaibo Audio, established in 2020 and based in Austin, Texas, specializes in headphones and other audio products that use BCT (Bone Conduction Technology) for an accessible but premium open-ear audio experience.

To support Kaibo Audio's expansion in the U.S. market and beyond, and assist in relaunching their Kickstarter crowdfunding efforts, we provided comprehensive services including strategic copywriting, production, website design, packaging design, 3D product imaging, and the creation of various visual marketing materials. This collaboration led to the successful launch of their second Kickstarter campaign for the Kaibo Flow headphones, which raised $143,572 from 868 backers, significantly surpassing the initial $25,000 goal.
